When do pupils go back in September?

Most pupils return on Wednesday 2 September, but Crofton Academy has a staggered start.

Crofton Academy

  • Years 7 and 11: Wednesday 2 September 2026
  • Years 8, 9 and 10: Thursday 3 September 2026

Tuesday 1 September is a staff training day. Pupils should follow any year-group instructions sent by the Academy.

Crofton Infants’ School

New Nursery and Reception children may have staggered starting times. Families should follow the start date and time in their school letter.

Crofton Junior School
